Something all Glos supporters are aware of, but I have it the back of my mind that JA has said that he wouldn’t take the SA job if offered for some time. I guess it is another thing if approached, but he does seem like a very principled individual. I guess he also recognises that experience is vital before taking such a big job. Am hoping so!

Burns however did play pretty much his best game ever for Glos this week. Ackermann is just getting so much out of the players at the moment. They all seem to be performing above their previous levels. Rather pleasant after years of being less than the sum of their parts! Well for a Glos supporter it is.
