Normally in the Champions Cup, nearly every game is tricky to predict and could go either way, but this weekend looks fairly simple to predict on paper.
Obviously the action on the field is likely to make a mockery of that statement, but from this distance, I’m looking at a guaranteed GSP on SuperBru, and I have been quite punchy on some of the margins.
Northampton are floundering, Ulster look out of sorts, you have to back Munster, Racing, Sarries, Wasps, Montpellier, Toulon and Exeter at home, and Toulouse should thrash Zebre. Easy.
Here are my SuperBru predictions for Round 3:
LEINSTER to beat Northampton Saints by 16
CLERMONT AUVERGNE to beat Ulster by 13
MUNSTER to beat Leicester Tigers by 8
RACING METRO 92 to beat Glasgow Warriors by 16
SARACENS to beat Sale Sharks by 28
TOULOUSE to beat Zebre by 33
WASPS to beat Connacht Rugby by 16
MONTPELLIER to beat Castres by 13
TOULON to beat Scarlets by 18
EXETER CHIEFS to beat Bordeaux Begles by 13
What do you make of these predictions? Are there any you disagree with?

No LBP’s this weekend I see.
Not a single one! :)
Ulster and Leicester most likely candidates I would say
I’d say out of the lot Munster v Leicester is easily the most likely, I do think there will be one unless one of the two has a stinker I can’t see anything other than 7 points between the sides. Ulster versus Clermont has the potential to be an absolute thriller but Ulster’s confidence appears to be shot and the pack they named wouldn’t fill me with confidence against the monstrous pack Clermont have ( Mainly the Ulster 2nd row).
Northampton will be the surprise of the weekend
Definitly, Northampton was the surprise. Negative, but surprise
Hartley clearly didn’t fancy taking that 20+ plane trip to NZ.

An interesting ban awaits the Pig faced yob….facing his 7th ban..
What an appalling example Pigface is
Yet again the results coming in this weekend show how inferior the Pro12 is compared to other leagues in Europe.
Just watched Leicester / Munster-Leicester were nothing short of appalling. Thank God we are not picking Lions now, Youngs was really poor. Conor Murray as consistant as usual, hes got to be the starting 9
