As there will be little place for French players.

RFU has an incentive scheme for the average number of English Qualified Players in the match day squads over the duration of a season. Something along these lines seems sensible for France to try rather than just raising a salary cap and some compensation for absent players.

I’m disappointed there weren’t bigger changes to force teams to bring on local talent – Financial incentives to take academy players into first team squads and stricter caps on the number of foreign players. As long as the likes of Toulon remain powerful based on money and foreign imports it will damage the national team.
