Keith Mackenzie shares his SuperBru predictions for the penultimate round of Guinness Pro12 matches.

Benetton Treviso vs Connacht
Connacht will be banking on a bonus point win against bottom of the table Treviso. If Ulster overcome Leinster, then Connacht will need to beat Glasgow at home next week to become Pro12 regular season champions. Judging by the XV selected, the visitors may be holding back for next week’s crunch game with a number of key players keeping the bench warm. Treviso of course still have a Champions Cup place to play for, but upsetting Connacht is extremely unlikely.
With too much power, pace and incentive to win, there can only be one outcome. Connacht by 22.
Glasgow Warriors vs Zebre
Another nailed-on win with Glasgow also very keen to grab the bonus point. The home side make a number of changes suggesting something is also being kept back for next week. The departing Taqele Naiyaravoro, Duncan Weir and Leone Nakarawa all start in what could be their last appearance for the Warriors at Scotstoun. Zebre’s line-up includes a handful of Italian internationals who can make things happen, but have too often failed to do so this season.
These two sides met in Italy just three weeks ago with Glasgow running out winners 43-13; the outcome will be very similar this time round. Glasgow by 20.
Munster vs Edinburgh
This match will go a long way to determining the final Champions Cup spot for next season. Munster’s Anthony Foley makes four changes to his forwards as he looks to bolster this area against a traditionally strong Edinburgh pack. The good news for Munster is that the Scots don’t travel well having only won once away from Murrayfield since the start of the year. They do welcome back Matt Scott at outside centre following injury and he is determined to sign off his Edinburgh career by helping them grab the last Champions Cup slot.
Munster have a good record against Edinburgh, particularly at home. They should possess too much all round strength particularly through their dangerous back three strike runners of Earls, Zebo and Conway. Munster by 8.
Cardiff Blues vs Ospreys
Judgement Day comes to the Principality Stadium on Saturday as both Welsh derby games are played out in front of well over 60,000 fans. The Blues have found some great form as they continue their push towards qualification for the Champions Cup. The reality is that they need Munster to slip up, and that may not happen, however they are favourites to beat the Ospreys this weekend. Once again the Blues selection has a consistent look to it with Gareth Anscombe continuing to pull the strings brilliantly from fly-half. The Ospreys are still missing a few players, but do have the Webb/Biggar half-back partnership to rely upon.
The Blues have a momentum which feels unstoppable right now, and in front of a massive crowd they have more to play for than the Ospreys. Cardiff Blues by 6.
Ulster vs Leinster
This is probably the game of the day as fourth faces first. Ulster need to win to keep in pole position for the final play-off spot, whilst a Leinster win would all but guarantee finishing the regular season as table toppers. Rory Best captains a strong looking Ulster team with an exciting back-line. Leinster have announced a team with nine changes from their last outing against Edinburgh. It is packed with quality and experience and most notably includes the returning Johnny Sexton and Jamie Heaslip.
There will be very little in it and a fascinating back-row battle which is difficult to call. Ultimately home advantage could be significant with a raucous Ulster support making a difference. Ulster by 3.
Newport Gwent Dragons vs Scarlets
The Dragons have now suffered eight straight Pro12 defeats and have only beaten the Scarlets once in their last fifteen attempts. The omens are not good! The Scarlets know that one more win will confirm their position as the top Welsh side and guarantee a Champions Cup position, and given they are away to Munster next week, they will be desperate to win this Saturday evening. The Dragons have made three changes in the backs including a new centre partnership of Adam Warren and Jack Dixon. Meanwhile the Scarlets will be thrilled to welcome back international centre Scott Williams who has been out injured since September.
The Scarlets have struggled in recent weeks but still possess to much forward power and a back-line that is capable of creating opportunities. They will miss the injured DTH van der Merwe, but still have enough to pick up all four points. Scarlets by 9.
