From the comfort of my sofa it looked like a dreary affair, and I’m not just talking about the weather. Bath tried to mount a comeback but infringed far too much and paid the price for a high penalty and error count.

Think this is a good win and leaves Northampton in a good place.

However, it’s probably better for Quins if I stay away. Whenever I’ve seen them in the past, they’ve always lost. Coincidental? It doesn’t seem so. Home advantage, along with Bath’s none too clever form, to buck this trend? Don’t ask me!

The French tend to struggle away but still clinch the odd victory, the Irish teams tend to do better than expected but still lose occasionally and the English teams usually under perform but still manage to win some games

Also fancy Bath to edge the all Premiership game, not quite sure why though!
Gloucester have put out a weakened team but at least have two locks starting this week which might help the lineout. Possibly clutching at straws that it will help in any way though.

I have gone for Bath by 4 on the basis that I have not got a single Quins result right yet and am hoping that they will be encouraged to prove me wrong yet again.
