Of course what Beale did was reprehensible. These young, aggressive men need guidance and teaching. It is no longer sufficient to just pay them well and not require so much more, not least of which should be role models. I said the same about Zack Guildford. We are expecting far too much when we presume they are mature. All professionals in the public view should be mentored and be required to attend classes on what it takes to function properly in society and how to be a positive influence.

Sounds like a young man in need of some serious help. The high pressure envireonment of international sport is unlikely to be benificial for him.
